The Course.

The course starts and finishes in the town centre at The Square. We're expecting a brilliant atmosphere as family members, friends and supporters will be able to see competitors three times if they wish within the first kilometre. View the route in full detail on the Garmin website.

The course is 10k long with plenty of water stations spread throughout for refuelling. Starting at The Square you will run a lap of "THE TOWN HEY" and then along Clanbrassil Street out towards Dowdalshill. Continue to the old Newry road cul-de-sac. This will bring you up to the Ballymac roundabout. From there you will proceed to the next mini-roundabout and take a right. Run back the way you came and just after the Lisdoo (on your right) take a left before the Castletown Bridge. Run alongside the river and when you reach the bypass turn right, run for roughly 200 metres and take a right onto the footpath running along the other bank of the river. When you meet the road turn right and at the top of the road go left towards 'The Pet Centre' on Linen Hall Street continue straight onto Clanbrassil Street and now home for the finish at The Square.
